PyMood BLAST Output Other Files blast_stat Files

The files with the extension .blast_stat contain a summary of BLAST output statistics. An example would be:
worm_vs_fly.blastp.matrix.blast_stat

The description of the columns:

     A. sequence order number
     B. unique identifier for the query database sequence
     C. number of primary alignments in the BLAST file for the given query database sequence
